Flowing into peace. The energy in the body flows like a river. Divine energy flows through us from the Creator. Hold the image in your mind of these energies flowing as a river through your body. The flow of the river, at its source is Creation. Keep the intent to have the river continuously flow so that you may know Creation, the I AM.
